Clubroom TV Setup transformed to Video Wall
The old “Club Room” TV setup in the Boca Theater & Automation Design Center was starting to feel a bit old and chunky. It was composed of a large 60″ LCD in the middle with three smaller LCDs above. To remedy this with a much more streamlined look, BTA chose to install a Planar Videowall. The videowall can show four independent sources, or one large source stretched across all four screens.
The audio is driven by left, center, right and subwoofer invisible Live Wall speakers. Making the LW1218 invisible is straightforward. You can cover the speaker with a light skim coat and paint.
Live-Wall speakers have a uniform dispersion pattern, achieved by our point-source design. The LW1218 spreads sound evenly throughout the room. This unique feature adds to the magic, making it difficult to pinpoint exactly where the speakers are located. Control is through an AMX touch panel with custom programming and GUI design. See the before, installation, and after pics below.
